BUYER BEWARE: Unsanitary conditions. The cook with bare hands handles raw beef, raw chicken, and raw bacon then immediately (without washing hands or use of gloves) handles bread and assembles sandwiches with same contaminated hands. I spoke with the manager and his flippant response was the “cook’s hands are clean.” Obviously this location has absolutely no idea about food borne cross contamination. First meal off the plane and after hotel checkin. Offers a wide range of burgers. I love burgers and always willing to try and sample the taste where ever I travel. So this is for Medellin. The mushroom burger was good, not great as I’ve tasted a lot of these over the years and able to compare. So I’m really tough on burger quality! Amazing burgers, fries and sauces. The service is prompt, very friendly and attentive. They delivered my order in lighting speed. The meat was amazing soft and perfectly done. Fries were also perfect and the sauce was just great. Is a great place within a great shopping center complex. Also a must visit place with really lots of burger and other menu options.
