Went for a cooking class to this place. The set up is quite big. I got welcomed on arrival and there was an apron for each participant. At the beginning we made a traditional welcome drink which was yummie, also all the recipes were delicious. The cooking class itself was chaotic and rushed. There wasn’t a lot of explanation what, how much and why we were adding things. I had to pro-actively ask the teacher. Each participant was making something different. The lady who was doing the cooking class was lacking on knowledge and most likely rushing the class as she was giving a salsa dance class afterwards right after the cooking class. There was no substitute for the vegetarians, which means they had one dish less. Tip; give everyone their own station, their own small portion of ingredients and give them the time to cook. Tell the names of the ingredients, the quantities and what it does to the taste when adding the ingredient. Cooking should never be rushed and always be enjoyable...
