We ate here today and ordered a vegan risotto, a seafood risotto, a seafood pasta and a wiener schnitzel. One of us found a hair in the seafood risotto, and both risottos were undercooked severely. They were nice about it, but we got super salty risotto in return which was still undercooked. The color of the vegan risotto was also very different from the first one (very yellow). By that time we didn’t want to mention it again because a lot of time had passed and the other two members of our table had almost finished their food already. We shouldn’t have to complain twice to get decent food. This just shows that the chefs don’t have taste buds. The seafood dishes we got did not seem fresh either. PS if you want to say that we don’t have taste buds (based on your replies on the other reviews), it’s because you ruined them.

Read moreI’m not going to lie, the reason that I initially came to this place was because I saw the managers responses to the bad reviews and nearly p*ssed myself I laughed that hard. As someone who has worked in customer service before this really tickled me and I just had to try it out.
While yes, not being able to pay by card is slightly inconvenient I’d like to point out that the hostess told me this before I’d even sat down so I had the opportunity to walk away. The reviews where this is a ‘secret’ are absolute lies.
The restaurant is clean and welcoming and the staff are very friendly. The food was fantastic and great value for money (I had a mixed grill with fries for €17). My only criticism of the meal would be that I’d have liked a giant pile of onions but I understand personal taste and that a lot of nationalities are into that. I’d also like to point out that I did not ask for more onion BUT if I had have asked, I have no doubt these would have been provided for me. So not really a criticism in all honesty, more of a suggestion to the chef.
I legitimately have no clue where the need for the bad reviews comes from. I can only speculate that those people were bad/difficult customers.

Kad sam rekla da mi ne odgovara hrana, i vratila, sto stvarno rijetko kad radim, (nikad) počeli su me uvjeravati da je im je zao ali je problem u meni; navikla sam na nešto drugi. Također me iznerviralo i inzistiranje postavljanja kruha na stol za 3 € kojeg ne jedem. Moram pohvaliti limun u vodi iz pipe.

This is exactly what I was writing about. The problem is not so much the bad meal, because that can happen to anyone. Your bigger issue is how you handle it, you are not handling at all. Only like this, by insulting. I am sorry that I have to disappoint you, but I am not frustrated and I sleep at night. When Google publishes a review, I really can't know. Oh, and neither of us have eaten bread for years, That’s why I said three times thank you, but we dont need it. And yes you did not charge for my meal, that is true. I am sorry about this. You do have a really nice location but I would suggest to better take of what you offering. And take criticism as a suggestion, solve it and become better, instead of waging wars on the web..
