Orfej — Restaurant in Grad Pula

We had lunch here, 2 people. The location was not full,so we got the table fast . The food is decent . Can't say tasty, as the servings were simple. Calamari and fries, fish and grilled vegetables . Wirh the service was a bit of issues even the waiter tried to be nice. The confused the sides first. Then took back to the kitchen and changed to correct way ( thanks for this). I asked for a glass of water as in every restaurant/cafe/ bar in Croatia you can get it for free. But here they refused, you either buy a bottle which is 4 times more expensive than in the supermarket, or you don't have water in the middle of the summer when it's+40 outside. It felt strange. We looked online to see what this restaurant was like. Honestly, it looked it really good! Totally different story when we sat down and ordered our food. I ordered a pizza with a couple of vegetables. At first glance, it looked like the pizza was swimming. It was soggy, and the veggies looked like it came out of the can undrained. I ate half of it to be respectable, and I was done. It was the worst pizza I've ever had. There was a couple next to us who ordered pizza as well. Visited on Friday evening was waiting a while before staff served us for drinks , my wife and I both wanted something traditional Istrian that was not pizza and therefore we found the menu limited for our requirements I ordered sea bass and although the fish itself was very nice I was not offered a choice so because I'm obviously English chips were bought ... no veg ... no condiments because of lack of choice my wife chose spaghetti bolognese, very bland and ordinary again no offer of garlic bread or cheese, very dissatisfied as we researched restaurants before our visit and this had good reviews cheaper than other places but you get what you...
