Peruzovic Rooms & Apartments — Hotel in Grad Split

A lovely studio in a great location. ||||Looks exactly like the photos. What more can I say. We were met by a friendly and welcoming host who was informative and helpful. The room is a spacious converted attic with plenty of windows, a patio door and a private balcony. Inside, there is an ensuite with a large shower, hand basin and toilet. Towels are provided. The room has a kitchenette, equipped with everything you’ll need, a small dining table, a sofa and beds. There is a TV but not many English channels. The apartment complex is secure and accessed via a lockable gate leading into a courtyard with outdoor seating. All windows have blackout blinds and the apartment had a very cold aircon unit. ||||Location wise - it’s perfect. Literally minutes away from the bustling side streets. 10 mins to the sea front. There are plenty of super marks and food places within minutes of the apartment. It’s close enough to walk to everywhere but tucked away for it to be peaceful in the evenings with no noise. ||||Would...

We stayed in the deluxe double room, on arrival our host had bottles of water in the fridge which was a nice touch after a long flight and informed us of the best restaurants, beaches and how to get from A to B, which without we would have been totally lost. The room was spotless, very clean and could not be faulted. Noise from the surrounding streets was never an issue especially since the apartment is very central and everywhere is reachable within walking distance. We would definitely recommend the restaurant Ciri Biri Bela which is situated right beside the apartments for a quick go-to option and you are spoilt for choice when it comes to supermarkets and other nearby restaurants. Firstly, I would like to give a big thank you to our host who made special changes to fit our schedule. We had a late in-flight and the host was there to greet us and allow us to check in. He was also great with organising transfers to and from the airport. We felt so welcome upon arrival and the host was more than happy to give recommendations of what to see and where to eat. The room was lovely and had all the amenities you could need. The surrounding area and outside seating area was lovely and a great place to sit of an evening out of the sunlight.
