Piano Nobile Rooms — Hotel in Grad Split

Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I accidentally booked the wrong month via booking dot com as the calendar resets every time you book a new place.

I told Piano Nobile about the error and showed the rest of the trip itinerary to prove it was a genuine mistake.

They told me to cancel and they would only refund what they could rebook. Completely fair, it was my mistake and for a 4 day trip I guessed they could book it our for maybe 2/3 days - it was the height of tourist season in Split after all.

Tried to re-arrange the dates (for when I was actually travelling) but Piano Nobile rejected this and cancellation not an option on website

They then just ignored all of my subsequent messages, despite twice offering to help me.

The fact they then just ignored my messages and never got in touch shows what type of approach they really have to customer service.

I have all the screenshot of messages but google won't let me...

Excellent location, lovely old building with comfortable & very clean room.|The host was very responsive and met us outside after giving great directions.|There is a very convenient public car park right next to piano Noble rooms and a fantastic vegan restaurant next door which serves great breakfast (loads of other options next door if not wanting that also).|It gets quite lively in the square at night so is not the quietest area but the windows have great sound-proofing.|There are a couple of convenient supermarkets in the square and it is a short convenient walk into the heart of the old town (3mins).|(This is not an accessible building and is unsuitable for those with reduced mobility as there is no lift & a step over the door frame then down to enter and then up the stairs...

My wife and I have been staying here for 5 nights while holidaying in Split and could not be happier with the room, spacious with a small kitchenette area, large bathroom, very clean and well appointed room, very big comfortable bed.|A great location with heaps of restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Martina who is the host of the rooms is very friendly and couldn’t be more helpful, she gave us her contact details and was easily contacted if we had any questions about tours, bicycle hire or whatever.|I am very happy we stayed here and can’t recommend it any more highly. The breakfast is adequate at a nearby restaurant - you get a voucher with your room for each night...
