I was disappointed with food, I had good expectations but the standard wasn't high enough. I tried the Dalmatian pasticada and my wife the traditional gregada. Fish dish was good but the pasticada meat was dry and with no flavour, I asked to the waiter if this was normal and she agrees that the Croatian way... I have checked and all the Croatian recipes says that the meet has to be soft and tender. That is why you slow cook it.
