Paradisos Beach Venue — Restaurant in Ayia Napa

I would like to be as objective as possible.

Me and a friend of mine wanted to go for coffee nearby the sea We have decided to go to Paradisos Arriving by, the employee told us in order to park in Paradisos parking area, we have to pay 15€ and that we will get them as a voucher to spend it there We have decided that we could get something to eat as well When the time came to order, the service told us that they don't serve coffee after 12:30 (the time was 13:15) We have tried to have a conversation with the owner/supervisor and explained to him that we came for coffee, but we were willing to have a lunch there since we have already pay 15€ The owner/supervisor was very aggressive and was not willing to find a solution, instead he told us to buy coffee from the next bar as takeaway but we cannot have a sit in the beach bar area. Finally, we have decided to leave and ask for a possible refund. The owner/supervisor told us that there is nothing he can't do since its written everywhere (it was written in the 1 of the 3 menu on the top right with small letters) and that he is also very busy. Finally we decided to leave, the employee of the parking area was very polite and he did understand our situation. We gave the vouchers back and he did us a refund. (Big applaud to him)

This review was done to express my disappointment for the unprofessional behavior of the owner/supervisor...

As there is no option to leave a review separately for massage I’ll leave two different because restaurant is definitely 5 star! But not the massage, unfortunately. I took 1 hour massage when it was quite nice for 20 minutes, when they ACTUALLY focused on massage, the rest of the time they’ve been constantly talking and giggling with each other so it’s more like a petting… also the reason people want massage is a relaxation which is quite hard in constant loud talking. Another “amazing” things is that their price list says - 60€ when after they asked if I hah cash (I didn’t) they said I need to pay 2€ on top (okay, but I prefer they have this information mentioned somewhere). At the end of my massage they charged me 64€ saying there is also a VAT (common guys- obvious nonsense 🤦‍♀️) I hate when someone trying to fool and make effort on people on holidays, because obviously I don’t want to argue and so, but I’ll not...

This place was on the beach right by my hotel, so I popped in once and ended up returning for a total of four days in a row.

The staff are all lovely and so welcoming. I was only going in for one or two drinks a day, but they would all remember me, welcome me back, and notice if anyone from my family wasn't with me!

I didn't get around to trying the food but it looked nice from what I saw others eating.

Beers were served nice and cold, and every pint was being served with peanuts which was a nice touch. My family enjoyed the mocktails, particularly the Passionfruit Virgin Mojito. Such a lovely setting right on the beach too.

I was very surprised to hear a Punjabi song played by the DJ on one of the days, made me feel right at home! Although I think that Marija Nikolić from a few reviews down would've been very...
