All workers were just stood around no communication with us no speaking to us no ongoing questions if we are okay nothing. Baring in mind, the restaraunt was quite frankly literally empty. In all honesty for any tourists and for any locals I would not I repeat not recommend this place at all. One of the workers named Sarmad was huffing and puffing when we were ordering as he clearly wanted to just waste time and not give us service. I had to say excuse me several times to the workers to get their attention at the front bar area as they really couldn’t be bothered to give us service. We ordered a pizza all you can eat for 7.50 euros which to be totally honest tasted way too cheesy and sickly once delivering our pizza no communication was made and this includes giving us the bill, asking for ketchup and mayonnaise just aggressively handed stuff over. We also ordered a brownie with ice cream which took exactly 40 mins to arrive. Remembering the restaraunt was still practically empty a couple had came in no one else. The worker only started to make the brownie with ice cream once I went to over to the bar and kindly asked we ordered and we are wanting to know like how long it will take as it was so hot. The AC was NOT on. And I also need to add in the most important part every other brownie I’ve had has been not too hard not too soft. This brownie we had we all tried it was literally so hard not even edible at all after waiting for so long in the heat and only getting the brownie “made” once I went over to the front bar. When it came to the bill the bill was just aggressively put on our table by yet again Sarmad which was not appropriate at all at which is supposed to be a good restaraunt. I have been a returning loyal customer to Pizza Hut but that service atmosphere and food was absolutely shocking. Would not recommend to anyone. This has been the worst service I have ever gotten in my life and i always go out to eat and have never experienced something like this in my life. DO NOT...
Read moreTerrible and unacceptable experience dining at this specific pizza hut. To begin with, as a first impression we were told we couldn’t split the bills or pay for the things we ordered and the only option was for one person to pay, because of “coin shortage” even though we repeatedly said that we would be paying with credit cards separately. Other than that, when the food came, to be serving a greek salad in Cyprus and charging 10€ for it is already extreme, let alone the fact we had to beg for salt and the salad had absolutely no sign of dressings for the ridiculous price we have paid. Moving on, the fries we were given were plain, no sauce or even ketchup in sight, while the drinks were mostly water with the rest ingredients being just a splash of everything. Finishing off, the most concerning and DISTURBING fact was that we just say a huge cockroach making an entrance from under our table, which makes it literally disgusting to know this is the place we just dinned at, with the cherry on top being the fact that the cockroach landed on the person...
Read moreMy girlfriend and I ordered pepperoni lovers pizza and American platter, (wings, fillets, fries and coleslaw).
My pizza was with philadelphia cheese and hers was handcrafted.
The pizza was really good, and the crust was also good, though I wish I had chosen either mozarella crust of no stuffing.
The wings were semi-juicy on the inside, but the breading on the outside was dry and hard and the fillets were too dry. The fries were ok.
All the food came out warm, which was nice, but it seems as though it’s been in a heating cabinet and not freshly from the oil.
I had a chocolate milkshake. The flavor was good, but unfortunately it wasn’t cold or thick, but on the verge of being luke-warm and same texture as milk. (I drank it right after it was served).
It was quite expensive, costing a total of 49.70 euros. We’ve been eating at other restaurants, where food was much fresher for almost half the price.
Edit: Shout-out to the servers, they were sometimes dancing and all seemed happy, which was...
