Aldente Cucina Italiana — Restaurant in Larnaca

I visited this restaurant first time in 2019, Everything was great trusted this restaurant for whole vacation my total spend was in hundreds. But in 2019 if you ordered quattro formaggi pizza you received quattro formaggi there was blue cheese too… I visited this restaurant again we was visiting it every day and enjoying our holiday so just in first day we spend more than 100€.

2021 Visit: everything okay but prosecco is very bad not worth it in 2019 it was so much better very good quality prosecco not in transprent bottle and without nutmeg smell, quattro formaggi pizza was duo formaggi there was max two kind od cheese not even blue cheese…

Everything okay we ordered some pasta and pizza quattro stagioni quattro stagioni was very good but it was not quattro stagioni again in quattro stagioni pizza must be every quarter different at least…

3.-10. Visit- routine continued (I also tried truffle risotto, pizza diavola salad with seafood and a lot of more everything was delicious risotto and salad with seafood little harder than aldente…)

We came for dinner all tables was reserved and there was no place for us (weekend)

We came here again ordered vegetarian tagliatele for 10.80€ each and it was really bad RAW AND HARD VEGETABLE, NO ANY TASTE, NO ANY SAUCE, pleasse add there any oil at least zucchini or pumpkin oil it's hard to swallow…

MUST READ I was trying to make a phone call reservation afternoon around 02:00 pm for dinner man told me they are fully booked but we went there and found free table (so yes he lied, its starting now) I ordered pizza quattro formagi (no more tagliatele vegetariana) but I asked for real quattro formaggi with blue cheese “of course there is blue cheese and it is quattro formagi” 🙄… And I asked for remove white cheese (my fiancée dont like it) something white like ricota waitress said its feta “we will remove it”. I also ordered diavola pizza. Pizza was delivered with white cheese and pizza diavola was swimming in oil from pepperoni last time diavola was not like that… So I called waitress she came to me I showed her white cheese I think its ricota and she said ou yees sorry she took pizza from the table and went to the kitchen after few minutes she came back with same pizza and told me this is not feta she placed the plate on the table and ran away it was seconds I didn't have time to answer. I get really angry as returning customer so I called manager manager came and told me no its not feta. I explained him whole situation that I never told its feta I just asked for pizza without this white cheese with salty taste I told him that I visited this restaurant as tourist two years ago if he can change that pizza he told no I cant and run away. I know what are expenses for one fu* pizza after nightmare tagliatele vegetariana this? One pizza drowned in oil and second cant be change for reliable customer?

I will never visit this restaurant again I spend there more than thousand € in few days and they cant change one...

I was here some days before, i come from Italy ,so i know what is a really pizza,this pizza(it was pizza fisch with salmon and shrimps and a lot of garlic),was not bad,but sure not like a really pizza,that start from the pizza dough,if you want to have an italian restaurant you must to give a higher level of quality for the pizza that you say is like Italy style,or maybe you think the most of stranger tourist think that the pizza for them is very good,,,i repeat..it was not bad...but the reality is:for the price that you sell pizzas here,the worth quality/price is not good!i paid i think 14.95 euro for one pizza!in Italy for the same pizza maybe we pay 8 9 euro and the quality is much higher than this and the pizza much better also. I understand is a touristic place but the price for a pizza is too high,almost if it was very very good like must be..it was no matter...You can make it better for the future..if you want to be really seems an italian restaurant/pizzeria....and maybe the best...

They brought boiled soup. The waiter didn't warn me. I burned my lip and tongue, a blister appeared. Another waiter came, whom I didn't know at all, who also made me look stupid, proving that the soup should always be at that temperature (boiled). I don't know why he came at all. But instead of an apology, he ruined the mood completely. (I hope the staff will watch the cameras and clarify the situation) In the end the manager came and apologized. Thanks to her for at least fixing the situation a little. But unfortunately I got a burn, my mood is ruined. I have no desire to come back. Be careful when ordering soup. By the way, they also forgot to put honey in my husband's coffee when making it, they brought it separately, but that's a trifle. I don't know the quality of the food in the restaurant, because it's impossible to eat the rest of the food with a burnt mouth and lips. Anyway I’ll not come back and be...
