It was a bad experience, overall.

Food: I ordered a Steak, New York Strip, "medium rare". What came was "well done". My two friends had their food (a burger and some pasta), which was OK, let's say 4*.

Mine was taken away by the waitress "We will bring you another one soon" - took them TWENTY minutes, my friends had finished their meals, meanwhile, of course. The steak was kind of medium rare, at least, the most inner millimeters were red, but cooked too hot, so most of the outer part still was well done. Additionally, it had a 1.5 cm fetty edge which was un-eatable, and some senews inside. A fine New York Steak is a different thing.

Service ... Took us a while to get the menus. But we had time.

We ordered primers, which came somewhat fast (place was empty), but our cocktails took another 10 minutes.

The 3 Cokes we had ordered with the primers were completely forgotten, they came in the middle of the main course, after we asked again for it.

Ordering my steak, coming with two side dishes, I wanted mash and cole slaw. "No sir, the cole slaw would be extra and not included." - "What ... 1st time at TGI, this ... so what would be a 2nd side together with the mash?" - "Fries, rice ..." "Puh. Bring me the cole slaw, anyway, please ..." Finallly, it was not billed, the sunshine plus of that experience ... X-)

Taking away the "lost" steak was a bummer, because I had to wait for 20 min, watching my friends eating.

Maybe because of off-season, February, but still ...

Keine tolle Erfahrung, vielleicht, weil wir im Februar da waren, aber dennoch - schlecht.

Mein Steak kam well done, obwohl medium rare geordert. Es brauchte 20 Minuten, bis ich ein neues Steak bekam, das alte wurde weggenommen, ich durfte meinen Freunden beim Essen zuschauen. Das neue Steak war dann so lala, riesiger, nicht essbarer Fettrand, Sehnen im Steak, das "medium rare" war auch nur im Innersten, der Gutteil war immer noch well done.

Beim Service dauerte vieles ewig, die Colas wurden komplett vergessen, nach 2x Erinnern kamen sie...

My wife and I dined at TGI Fridays, and our experience was delightful. We arrived at the restaurant extremely hungry The atmosphere was welcoming, with a lively ambiance that made us feel right at home.

For our meal, I decided to order the full rack of ribs, while my wife opted for a classic hamburger. Both dishes were very good. The ribs were tender, succulent, and generously coated in a rich, flavorful barbecue sauce. Each bite was a perfect blend of smoky and savory notes, making it an absolute pleasure to eat. My wife's hamburger was equally impressive. It was cooked to perfection, with a juicy patty, fresh toppings, and a soft, toasted bun. The flavors were well-balanced, and the portion size was just right.

In addition to our main courses, we ordered drinks that were served quickly. The beverages were cold and refreshing, complementing our meals perfectly. The service at TGI Fridays was prompt and efficient, ensuring that we didn't have to wait long for our food or drinks. This attentiveness added to our overall positive dining experience.

The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Their professionalism and courteous demeanor contributed to the enjoyable atmosphere of the restaurant.

Overall, our visit to TGI Fridays was a wonderful experience. The delicious food, refreshing drinks, and excellent service made it a memorable meal. We left the restaurant feeling satisfied and eager to return...

We had one of the worst dining experiences at TGI Fridays in Finikoudes, today, 01/05/25. The manager, named Andrei, was shockingly rude. We asked to sit inside, where there were three empty (but uncleared) tables, and he flat-out told us there were no available seats. We ended up sitting outside, despite the wind and uncomfortable weather — and I should add that I’m pregnant, so sitting inside would have been much more suitable.

After a while, we asked a young waiter if we could move inside, and he kindly let us. However, we saw the manager reacting negatively, clearly disagreeing with the waiter’s decision , his attitude was obvious.

What was even more frustrating is that the manager was selectively attentive, choosing to serve only certain young women who entered the restaurant, completely ignoring other guests. It was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness.

The overall service was disorganized. Most of the waitstaff looked like they didn’t want to be there, and at one point, there were no servers in sight, leaving customers looking around helplessly. Only one female staff ( i think she is also a manager) stood out for being attentive and polite.

This was by far one of the worst service experiences we’ve had. We won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values respectful and...
