Well at least the beer is good...

We fell upon this self professed gastro Pub after a delayed flight that left us wandering the Boulevard hungrily, searching for an open kitchen. We ordered a few starters for the table along with a bacon hamburger and a club sandwich. The food took a long time to arrive, and the waiter brought us a bowl of stale popcorn and some peanuts to snack on as we waited. That was the first hint as to the incredible mediocrity that awaited us... The potato twister starter turned out to be old potato chips from a bag with an off tasting sour cream dressing drizzled over it. The nachos were in the same boat, even staler than the potato chips and covered in a rancid grayish red cheese sauce. The mozzarella sticks seemed store bought as well, judging by their extremely uniform shape and bland taste. The hamburger was overcooked and had a single, odd looking piece of bacon on it. We picked out the least soggy chips from the bottom and ended up leaving most of the food untouched.

In summary, the food ranged from disappointing to terrible, and it would not surprise me to discover that the kitchen uses mainly pre made frozen goods and doesn't properly adhere to...

Enjoyed a pleasant evening here last week and decided to return later in the same night having enjoyed it so much. Prices were reasonable for drinks and food and atmosphere was great with some Latin dancing going on. The reason for the low review is due to the on shift managers dealings with an issue that arose in relation to an incorrect drinks order. To keep the story short, having already spent nearly 100 Euros earlier in the evening he shouted at us, slammed his hand down on the bill and demanded payment before stomping off in a wholly unprofessional way - Upon returning to our table and discussing the situation he then realized the error and removed the 6 Euros from the bill. Staff couldn't even understand English and very rude...the 1st girl threw down the menus and just walked away ...no "yassas' or greetings...when I asked about size of the double pint she just huffed and walked off..2nd waitress came. .she was a bit better..she spoke and understood what I was asking 4...overall not good service. ..we wanted to eat but where never offered the menu after she brought our drinks...we were going to try the food but me no...sorry. ..may be the nite staff are better....management ...if you are reading this you definitely need to have a word and teach your staff customer service as my review will now be read by many people. ..sorry I had to post this...the staff concerned were serving us 14:00hrs on Monday 10th June....so you can determine ...
