Cons: lack of staff. Took them 20 mins+ to make our order of 4 burgers and fries simply because there are only 2 persons there. One in the front (cashier) and one in the back. The one in the front goes back and helps.
Hire more people! You know you have a good service and product! Don’t let this issue drive away locals.

Edit 1: Back after a month. Only ONE girl now in the kitchen responsible for the orders in the front and kitchen in the back! What happened?! Now we had to wait 30+ mins for our order because she had already other orders in. Also, nothing was done regarding the heat. No fan, no air condition, nothing. Disappointed.

I guess they anticipate this because they ask whether you want it rare or medium rare.
If you've seen someone die of CJD and order a pink burger you weren't paying attention. There are basic issues here. A steak can be rare because the bacteria on the outside of the meat are seared off. That can never be the case with ground meat.
I get that restaurants are snobby about not doing well done steak, but it's not supposed to be like that with burgers.
He insisted that it's "fresh meat". I didn't push the point that where I live the health inspector would shut him down.
Anyway. 20 minutes.
Is it well done? Nope. Medium.
What to do? Take the risk.
& The burger? Meh. It's ok.
But at least it's not...
