I was drinking coffee and wine with one friend and the attitude from the waiter was very strange.

Told me that I am very difficult, because I was asking e.g. questions about the wine and the temperature of it. (Yes, I admit that I prefer a real cold bottle of white wine and it’s not always the case in Cyprus). And everything also about ordering the coffee was already complicated somehow. Seems like he is annoyed very fast and knows everything better.

We were sitting for a long time and there were just 2 other guests during that time and I had to get up or to wave to get his attention every time because he didn’t come once to ask if we need anything. I just didn’t feel welcomed at all.

And it was impossible to lock the door for the woman toilet. In a brand new place. What is very awkward that you don’t care about it. I told him - just in case that he didn’t know - but he knew and didn’t apologize or acted appropriately.

Very sad, because the location is great and the place looks nice. I hope they will change their attitude because I would like to go back and try the Pizza one day and will be happy to change the review as soon as they deserve it..

The worst service and customer abuse I have ever seen and suffered in my life. It all starts badly, when by requesting the waiter's attention it seems like he is doing you the favor of your life.

The waiter makes a mistake bringing a wrong pizza and argues with us and blames us for the mistake. By reminding him the conversation during the order we prove to him that he was wrong, and then he leaves angry and without an apology or anything.

Everything gets worse by the moment, when we had to face another argument, now with the owner, who is not able to bear a customer's complaint. He got angry like mad to such a level that with very bad manners he removed from the table a just served pizza saying “you are not going to dine here” and he tried to kick us off the table. But the worst thing is that he confronted and threatened a friend of mine for no reason, just trying to show how macho he is. Unfortunately I didn't have time to record the entire situation, just a moment when he leaves, but you can see his arrogant attitude.
