DT's Sunset Bistro Bar — Restaurant in Paphos Municipality

I recently took myself and my family to this restaurant whilst on holiday... the restaurant was nice although a bit warm, staff were friendly enough... I got the lasagne, my wife got the chicken fajitas and the family opted for the burgers. Although my meal was ok it was lacking a lot of taste, very bland in my opinion. The wife's fajitas didn't look to great at all, their was no way she have wrapped it and it came on a sizzling plate and was drowning in coloured water, way to watery.. she didn't say anything til we left as I would have said something but her words were it was awful. The burgers weren't much better they weren't cooked all the way through so if you not keen on red meat in middle I definitely stay away from these. I did say to the staff that maybe they could have been cooked more but they weren't interested in the slightest... I'd definitely give this place a miss for food.... and it turned out to be the second more expensive meal we had out in the 2 weeks we...

Let’s start with the owners extremely attentive and very engaging. I am assuming it was DT that served us on our first visit made us feel very welcome and had an awesome sense of humour. Outside and inside seating area which is very pleasant. Menu was basic but had everything you could possibly want, there is a grumpy hour and two meals for the price of one on a Monday-Wednesday-Friday. Drinks and food order was taken rapidly and after a short wait it was delivered all elements were excellent,quality,presentation and cooked to perfection. As our visit was so pleasurable we made a return visit on the two for one day, I had the fish pie and my wife had the scampi again fresh,well prepared and cooked to perfection all for €12😊. Less than average. The first night we were there, it was not busy at 6-7 pm but still some tables there. We ordered food but before we even finished we asked for espresso, and were refused, because the coffee machine was already cleaned, and they are about to close. We were offered Nestle instant 3in1 “if we fancy” ????? We gave this place a second chance, we came for breakfast and the “English breakfast” looked like it was sitting there for hours waiting for us plated under the heat lamp. Mushrooms and bacon were dried out to bits. On the menu it said that toast is served with crisps, but I got nachos instead.
