Estrella @Pafos — Restaurant in Paphos Municipality

I want to share some feedback about the Estrella cafe,where i found the perfect for me sip of espresso... with little add of vanilla ice cream...nyaaaamy!!!! First of all, the atmosphere of this place is very cosy, which make for a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. The shop is also very clean, which is very reassuring in terms of hygiene and sanitation. I am housekeeper and my eyes continually focuse on cleanliness and safety. The location of the coffee shop is also very convenient, making it easy to find and access. But what really stand out to me is the feeling of hospitality that presence through out my every visit. The staff and owner are incredibly welcoming and attentive, which makes me feel right at home. In terms of the food and beverage offerings, I find the coffee shop is perfect for breakfast, brunch, and lunch. The menu had a great selection of options, and everything I tried was absolutely delicious. I particularly appreciated the fact that the owner himself served the guests, which added a personal touch to the experience. After my first visit I was going to give Estrella 4 stars but after my second visit I am definitely rating this brunch spot a 5/5.

Estrella has a large variety of breakfast options for everyone, a lot to choose from. I really enjoyed the English Breakfast and the Triple Bacon Bagel. The food is fresh, delicious and balanced.

During my first visit I also tried the Japanese Soufflé Pancakes with pistachio and berries. Was not a fan of that dish. The pistachio sauce was too sweet and the berries were not fresh and very few, also they were not as fluffy as the Japanese pancakes are supposed to be.

Another thing I would change is the section of Ice Tea drinks. They are not actually Ice Tea but just cordial syrup with ice, no hint of tea whatsoever.

Coffee, on the other hand was great, I tried the Ice Latte and it was great.

Have found myself here three times during my stay in Paphos. It takes something to get me to revisit a spot when I am on a short visit somewhere, this place was the space I needed. Among the seas of trashy English bars and pubs and tasteless chains this was a sanctuary (despite being an up and coming franchise themselves) The music is on point, which is painfully rare here in Cyprus. The menu is enormous, if you can't find something that doesn't call out to you it's certainly on you not the options. Portioning great. Styling and design of the space is also tasteful. I had both savory and sweet on different visits and both were awesome. Couldn't restrain myself from finishing an outrageous stack of pancakes and feeling worse for it after but that's on me.. but yeah, the sweets are quite sweet, so be prepared.
