Caffè Nero Kato Paphos — Restaurant in Paphos Municipality

Edited 26/07/25 No one even bothered to reply to my more than one year ago comment. Although the coffee it’s great in here, there is a haunting hygiene issue that needs to be solved asap. I would hate to be forced to call in Customer protection, but your non response is unacceptable. Today while visiting the toilet I was once again disgusted. I could only wash my hands very fast. The sinks are covered with black Mold, due to poor hygiene. The walls are super dirty and I didn’t even want to open the door inside the toilets. Please buy a foam and a pistol 🔫, it costs 1 euro one foam bottle. I’d hate to see this place continues to be so badly maintained.

It would be better to clean the tables and do a deep cleaning for the entire location as dirt can be easily seen on the floors, chairs and tables and windows! You can’t see the sea due to the dirty windows. Felt a bit disgusted to seat and eat at that location. Different from Caffè Nero near the Old post...

I am a local and cafe Nero is one of my favourite coffee shops. I go there almost every week. BUT it looks like they don't care for their quality anymore and that they don't offer any cleaning services. It's unacceptable that I did not found a clean table to seat the last months. Even when the cleaning service lady is there, and me seating and waiting patiently with my bag in hands for her to wipe the table, she does not bother. Also the toilets are always dirty, missing paper or disinfectant liquid, and most importantly, for many months now their hands dryer is broken, and they do not have paper towels or something, so after washing your hands you have to wipe them with toilet paper (if there is any). Got delivery from here via Wolt and had a good experience, other than them not giving straws most of the time unless specifically asked.

I also had a dine in experience here where they got the order slightly wrong (ice latte vs Americano and vanilla milkshake vs strawberry) but it was too busy for me to even bother querying it. There was also a staff member restocking the straw and sugar area, who looked highly inconvenienced when I went to grab a straw from the only place that I could grab a straw... 😂
