Terrible people, the staff in this place are AWFUL very rude and unhelpful especially the dark brown haired small girl/ young woman, missing our table out every time for some unknown reason! when asking her to serve us, all you here are huffs and puffs! this was her section of serving are i dont understand why you are so rude? slammed our bill down in a glass witch almost broke and split the last our our drinks.

I will be contacting the owner about you Young lady!

If you visit this bar they do NOT take card payments????

its a very fancy large looking bar so this seems odd?

Customers are never warned of this before ordering, when you go to pay if you dont have cash on you, your made to feel like some kind of criminal?

what am i to do now, 1 customer replys ... i dont have cash?

they will not let you leave until bills are paid?

you are then followed 10 minutes each way to the nearest cash machine before paying!

several times over this happened in the same night, such amateur staff the lot of them need re-training or replacing....

Good little pub. Hannah's karaoke nights were really good which the whole family enjoy. Inside was nice and air conditioned.... There was more upbeat music in there, it's a shame they didn't stream the karaoke inside as more people would have sat in leaving more space for those outside.

Good range of cocktails and they show most of the premier League games.

Only two slightly negative things I would say is it's a shame they don't serve food, and they do close a little early. We are night owls.and can quite happily go on to 2am+ but the bar closes...

Karaoke needs improvement. It is all old songs.... all of the time!!. I don't understand. Even people in 30's are singing songs from the 1950's?? This is a sample of being here 3 times, Sat, Mon, Sat. And any modern that are sung are all the lesser known not popular songs. Why? Pub is generally nice and the best night of the week was the ABBA tribute midweek. Strange karaoke. If everyone was age 60-80 then it would make more...
