BURGER INN — Restaurant in okres Brno-město

Someone in the comments wrote that, in Brno, this is the burger to judge all burgers by.

As a self identified burger connoisseur I might have to agree.

In Krakow, where I live I like to think we have an A+ burger game BUT none of the outlets serve beer, and if they do they don't have the same intimate atmosphere, inside seating or the drink selection that this establishment boasts.

Gotta say the atmosphere here is superb, the beers are well kept, and the burgers ... The burgers .... Omg:

+The meat is cooked to just the right medium cook. +The toppings have their idiosyncrasies, but not so much it weirds you out.. and the oddness works (My Friends! My mouth has been forever changed by "Cheeto Dust" - sounds grim, actually SUPERB) +OMG THE BUN. Really, superb. A good burger is made or broken by the bun and it honestly is perfect. Doesn't fall apart. Absorbs all the juice. PERFECT BUN 10/10 CHIPS are hand cut and sauces are amazing.

(and a very small minus) I would say there needs to be a fresh addition : a raw tomato, a raw cucumber, a fresh lettuce leaf. That's just me properly nit picking though.

To cut a long story short: we came here one night just for drinks, and it smelt so good we came back.

I'd like to say I'd come back again- As tourists it's unlikely to happen, but if they want to start up another outlet in Krakow I will be their best patron!!

We found out about this place in Gastromapa 365 and it was highly recommended there as the go to burger place in Brno. That only added to the final disappointment though. The dish was served on an ugly plate, the fries looked very cheap and were hoarded all around the burger without any concept. The buns were kind of ok, but the patty's look and taste were unlike any other burger I had in this price range. It had this strangely smooth surface and unnaturally looking consistency. Also, there was way too much pepper in both burger and coleslaw salad. Another problem for me was that the restaurant is hard to find. So my girlfriend and I visited this burger joint for the very first time. Let’s just say if I managed that place everyone would have been fired. The customer service of the waitress was very horrible. Not only did she mess up our order but when we pulled her attention to fix it she had the nastiest attitude. Least to say the order was still wrong my burger was raw when I asked for well done now I’m left with an upset stomach. Also when I asked for ketchup she got mad gave me a whole attitude about ordering ketchup later to bring it to our table slamming it down. The environment is cozy but not friendly at all.
