Internesto Apartments — Hotel in okres Brno-město

I truly don’t understand how anyone could give this place a high rating — it feels completely fake. This place is a bizarre mix of hotel, hostel, and Airbnb, and ends up being none of them. The breakfast area is cramped and the food is far from plentiful. Guests are often forced to share tables with strangers. If they don’t have the space or capability, they shouldn’t try to profit off breakfast service.

There are some hostels out there that offer shared showers, but those places are well-designed and can actually handle the number of guests. Here, there simply isn’t enough hot water for everyone to take a shower within the same hour. It’s a place that’s clearly not up to the task but still insists on calling itself a “hotel.”

The name of this inn closely resembles that of a nearby hotel — clearly not a coincidence. Instead of using a distinct name, they try to ride on the reputation of others to attract guests, which only creates confusion. To make things worse, there’s barely any signage outside the building to identify it.

Overall, this place doesn’t even measure up to a standard budget inn. If you need to pay extra for breakfast and parking, I strongly recommend spending that money elsewhere — at a proper hotel that...

The hotel is insanely beautiful! This is the best place I've been to so far. It was made by people for people: everything is cool, sincere, smells good, it's exciting to walk along these paths from the entrance to the building to your room - it's like a quest. Each room has its own theme and they are decorated very beautifully! The bed linen is very nice, everything is clean and beautiful. You can have tea or coffee in the kitchen at any time. It is also located in the very center and conveniently accessible to all attractions, museums and shops. There is a great restaurant next to the building. It's very cool that the staff created a guide where you can find out where to go, where to eat, what to do in the city for a day or two or three. I read everything and even went to several cafes, and to some museums and attractions. I sincerely wish the hotel prosperity and I would like such places and people to be in other cities...

Přestože je ubytování na dobrém místě, se zajímavým konceptem a celkově příjemnou atmosférou, náš pobyt absolutně zkazil absurdní přístup zaměstnanců k problému, který sami vytvořili.

Přišli jsme dřív než byl možný check-in a díky našemu programu v Brně jsme věděli, že se vrátíme v době, kdy již bude recepce zavřená. Bylo nám nabídnuto, že nám zavazadla odnesou na pokoj až bude uklizený. Když jsme ale večer přišli, zjistila jsem, že madlo na mém kufru je vyrvané ze skořepiny. Ráno jsme to šla řešit a po chvíli dohadování, a poté co se jeden ze zaměstnanců přiznal, že mu madlo zůstalo v ruce, když kufr nesl do pokoje mi bylo řečeno, že mi v danou chvíli náhradu dát nemohou, ale že mě budou kontaktovat na mobil.

Naše konverzace po cca 4 dnech vypadala takto: Slečna: "Volám ohledně problému, který jste tu řešili, a nějak tomu nerozumím. Vy chcete abychom Vám zaplatili za to, že jsme Vám odnesli kufr do pokoje?" Já: "Ne, ráda bych, abyste mi zaplatili náhradu za kufr, který jste mi rozbili." Slečna: "Ale my jsme to neudělali schválně." Já: "Tomu věřím, přesto bych ráda náhradu." Slečně: "Ale my jsme Vám ale chtěli pomoct, chcete říct, že chcete peníze za to, že jsme Vám chtěli pomoct?" Já: "Ne, ráda bych náhradu škody za věc, kterou jste mi rozbili." Slečna: "Ale to nebylo schválně. Chcete říct, že byste chtěla vzít peníze studentovi, který si tu o víkendech přivydělává?" Já: "Jakým způsobem takovou situaci řešíte je na vás, pokud peníze strhnete tomu kdo to udělal z platu, pak ano. Slečna: "Já tomu pořád nerozumím. Vy po nás chcete abychom Vám zaplatili za to, že jsme Vám chtěli pomoct?" Já: "Ne, chtěla bych náhradu škody, kterou jste mi způsobili." Slečna: "Ale to se mohlo stát komukoli." Já: "To je možné, ale stalo se to vám." Slečna: "Ale my jsme Vám chtěli pomoct." Já: "Ano, pomohli jste mi k novému kufru, který budu muset koupit a ráda bych alespoň částečnou náhradu za ten, který jste mi rozbili." Slečna: "Ale my jsme to neudělali schválně."

... A tak stále dokola. Snaha o manipulaci a citové vydírání na jedničku. Koncept toho, že když něco rozbiju, měl bych to nahradit, jim naprosto uniká, a nebo ze sebe jen dělají blbé, aby nemuseli škodu nahradit.

Celkově, pokud cestujete s batůžkem a hledáte místo na přespání, kde si dáte ráno dobrou snídani a jdete dál, tak je toto ubytování ok. Ovšem v žádném případě nenechávejte bez dozoru jakékoli věci, protože pokud je zaměstnanci rozbijí, náhrady...
