Located inside of the Grand Palace Brno this is a new restaurant serving great food. It’s cozy, so don’t expect a ton of tables, but we were able to be seated immediately (it was later in the evening). The manager was amazing and so friendly - he really excelled at customer service and talked to us about the food and even offered suggestions on wine. We had a Parmesan mousse started (given to everyone) that was a tad salty but a great start to the meal. I ordered the beef pho soup which was a cross between a Hungarian traditional soup and pho, with mushrooms, carrots- the serving was nice as the waiter brought the bowl with the ingredients and then poured the beef stock over it. I also had the risotto with prawns. The rice was great but I didn’t like that the shrimp still had the tails, heads and shell which made it a tad cumbersome to eat in a nice restaurant. My friend had the ribeye steak which the manager said was Argentinian beef. She asked for it well done but it came very pink so she asked for it to be cooked more, but it was still very pink when she got it the second time. She also said it really needed salt.
