Fenix Lounge — Restaurant in okres Brno-město

I would call this a shisha bar not a tea house. Firstly I would like to point out that the environment is pretty well decorated and the waiters were nice. But unfortunately they knew nothing about tea.

I ordered a Green Dragon to prepare by myself. I expected a gaiwan/minijapan/zhong or a teapot. To my surprise I got a two-piece mug with a mesh inside. The worst part is that the tea was stale and really low quality. It is funny that they even gave me sugar!! I think that this talks for itself.

Terrible service! I went there with my friends today and we stayed there for some time and no one came to take our orders. We stood up to order at the bar, the bartender just ignored us for 5min until another employee tell us to sit cause he'd take our orders. This seems to be a newly opened restaurant, and it definitely makes a great first impression. The ambiance is fresh and modern, with spacious seating and relaxed sofa areas that make for a very comfortable dining experience.

The food was delicious and well-presented — definitely exceeded expectations. Overall, it was a great experience.
