Good shisha lounge in the middle of a city. I enjoyed my visit, though I did not use the opportunity to have a shisha as my companions do not enjoy It too much. The decore is very thematic. Beautiful lamps are hanged from the ceiling by the bar. It seems that the new owner has launched something of a loyalty program - after ten visits if you have an app - you will get a shisha for free. It seems this program is in Its testing phase though. I enjoyed food a they prepared for us a lot and anti-stress tea served in such a pretty way was delicious. I had one of the worst experiences at Leyaly Lounge. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. While we were still sitting inside, they literally turned off all the lights without any announcement, warning, or even a simple apology. It felt like they were trying to push us out in the most disrespectful way possible. As a customer, I’ve never felt so unwelcome in a place that’s supposed to offer hospitality. Leyala offers a fantastic atmosphere, with top-notch service, mouthwatering food, and an impressive selection of tobaccos. The shawarma is definitely a standout dish that I highly recommend.
