I recently had the pleasure of trying what might be the best smash burger I’ve ever tasted—absolutely delicious. The establishment is quite small, so securing a seat requires some patience. They offer a selection of good beers, and while the fries were basic yet enjoyable, they were on the salty side, which I personally liked but might not suit everyone’s taste. Coming from France, I anticipated a more affordable meal; however, it turned out to be pricier than expected. The burger, though decent in size, seemed small relative to its price. First, their vegan patty was basically a slab of tofu with a spicy glaze.
Second, their buns contained egg, so your only option is to eat the tofu slab with no bun.
Finally, their fries are cooked in animal fat. Unhealthy and disgusting. Heart attack, anyone?
My husband had their original smash Burger and he found it too greasy.
In addition to their less than appetizing menu, the service was subpar.
I will not go back, and I do not...
