Pension Elisabeth — Hotel in okres Trutnov

We have just returned from a wonderful stay here! I was not sure what a 'pension' was at first but my Czech partner explained it to me. It is a family run b&b. It is located in the town centre but not disturbed by any bars. On arrival we were greeted by a lovely lady who was very friendly and helpful. She gave us our room key and we were located on the second floor with a great view of the resort. Our room was clean and had lots of light and the bathroom was a good size. The receptionist gave us details of ski hire and local restaurants that had good reviews. They have a boot room and ski room to leave all your equipment. The breakfast was lovely. Very filling! The pension is only a short walk away from Svaty Petr ski area and there are free ski buses to other areas. I have skied many times but not ever considered the Czech Republic but the slopes and apries ski are great! The people apart friendly and happy to help! We would definitely go back to...

We have thoroughly enjoyed our week at Elisabeth. The pension is a very welcoming, very hospitable and very clean. The rooms are a good size, cleaned every day, light and airy, very warm and offer excellent views of the town and the mountains. Being family run, our hosts have been amazing. We have been made to feel very much at home, to which, we would like to say - dêkuji. Our hosts english, is excellent. The breakfasts are most enjoyable and evening meals are only a short walk away in town. We have used the services of the in-house ski instructor. He has been excellent. We have learnt to ski here. He is very professional, yet caring, patient and friendly, accommodating both our different levels of skill and experience. In the town itself, it is very scenic, with beautiful views, helpful and friendly people. Would we visit here again.......yes,...

The place was good, we only had a problem the departure day, we needed to leave the parking area and there is just one street to get out from there, there was a food truck on the way, we asked to the driver if we can leave first but he couldn’t, he was unloading the merchandise from the truck because there wasn’t any person from the hotel or the pension helping him, I went to the reception and the woman got nervous and she didn’t do anything about it, we had to help the truck driver with the merchandise because the hotel doesn’t have any...
