Antonínovo pekařství — Restaurant in Prague

I came here with my brother to order a cake and coffees. The cakes are ok, but not the best and were clearly not fresh. We could have overlooked this if it wasn’t for the extremely rude service we unfortunately received. We are half Czech but don’t speak the language very well. If you are not a native Czech speaker, I would suggest avoiding this place. We were made to feel extremely stupid and uncomfortable for just trying to make an order.

Today I've experienced the horrible service in this bakery. I ordered in my not so good czech, but I tried to speak and I understand everything. The woman was very rude, she was loudly saying to her collegue how my pronunciation is bad and aggresivelly immitating my words. I said "potato salad" instead of potato with onion" and she rolled with her eyes, sighed and pointed out what is what. At the end she 'half-throw' my bread on the counter. If anyone who has an access to cameras of today around 6PM you can see her attitude. She ruined my day, I felt really sad and dissapointed by her attitude towards...

The selection of pastry and desserts is quite great, my favorite one is a lemon cake (citronovy chlebichek). Drinks aren’t so good, they use basic coffee machine and the result isn’t the best.
