Classic River — Local services in Prague

First thought - are we really going to hear that music 3 hours long - we were sitting on the top of boat and they played music so loud, that it hurted our ears. It would be much more pleasent without that kind of music. Additionally you could hear then the audio guide provided.

The cruise lasts 3 hours - this is definitely too long - 2 x 30 minutes you will just be stopped because of the busy traffic on the river and you do not see anything.

The food is something you will get in the cheap pub or make to yourself at home. Yes, there is variety, but nothing really tasty. The pastery is 5 different kind of dry cakes, that tastes very similar.

The welcome drink is a shot (maybe in a amount of 2cl).

The crue is quiet or passive-aggressive, they will give you an option to pay in EUR as well, but then they will not give you change and they can let you pay by card, but you will get a sight, that you are not welcome. They to minimum. The trip is so long to get as much money out of selling the alcoholic drinks as possible.

Took my family for a day tour for this company! At first it was late for the estimate arrivals and off course no friendly service. Was mentioned that stroller was not gonna fit and we have to go back to hotel to drop off and knowing that when we are drop off at green line that there is a place that you can park an stroller. Next day, we wait for the cruise and never on time! The guy who check the ticket in the afternoon shift was asking for a card that was given to me. And as I was digging in my purse I see that he role his eyes and says, they should have told you that when you come on board when you take a tour bus ! And of course i told him, I was never told and no explanation to make sure I keep the card. I can totally say, that there’s no friendly manner and that maybe they hate their job they seem so upset all the time. For this kind of trip specially if you go on a group… just a heads up to make sure figure of your own as some of employees aren’t happy...

They transfer us to another boat 3 times and we did not have an idea why and where are we going . After half an hour they said us to go to a bus and we going to another boat . We was like animals. It was the valentine's day but we must seating with other people in the table. Food was awful and not well done cooked. Not any reason to book it. Only if the price is around 10 euro .We was boring in the end because the trip was 3 hours and we was 5times around the river! At least they have to inform the company that they change us a boat, as we booked the full package including the transfer. The driver was waiting us in a wrong place and then we have to wait alone outside of the boat in the darkness and in the cold. One star because I can't put lower...
