Pho Anděl — Restaurant in Prague

This just opened less than a week ago. It is a fusion of Vietnamese and Thai food. The pho here is unique and nothing like any pho I have tasted before due to it's fusion nature. It really gives your taste buds an adventure. Pros 1 - Great customer service (One of the best I have experienced in Prague) 2 - Food presentation is great for the price 3 - Newly renovated and good atmosphere

Cons 1- only one, there is no air conditioning. So, having hot soup in a 30 degree Celsius restaurant is not ideal.

I would highly recommend this place, as you will not be disappointed for completely priced Pho restaurant.

My thoughts: If this place can maintain their great customer service, and quality of food. There is no doubt it will be highly successful...

Because Google doesn’t allow me to rate this place 4.5 out of 5, I’ll rate it 5 out of 5 instead. BUT! First of all, the place is tiny. Even when there’s two or three people waiting in front of you to order, you can barely fit inside. Also, the menu is huge, very complicated and somewhat confusing. The food is almost great, yet the quantity is a little bit behing the competition. I’m not saying I didn’t eat enough, but I wish there was more of the “main” ingredient (e.g. meat or shrimps) on the plate. This place was realy great, it has a nice interiour, polite staff that can speak english, and afcourse, the food, it was amazing. I had the pho soup with beef (picture below) and as drink to the side, the citron-grass lemonade, all the herbs that could be fresh, were fresh. In the meal, and in the lemonade. The plate size was more to the bigger side, so definetly a good stomach filler but they also have smaller dishes if you prefer that. You could see they realy did their best with the cooking.
