The bar is nice, well decorated, good music. The service however did not come through as expected. Weird passive agressive service from the waitress with short black hair who at times seemed really sweet and at other times snapped at us and walked around huffing and puffing. The fried cheese was nice but the breadcrumb layer on the outside was thick, dry, and bland with no salt or a little pepper. It was not crunchy and crumbly as it should be. The waitress then asked us if we wanted a side dish, we ordered some bread to have with the homemade mayo, and she just gave us a look like we were crazy, or choosing a bad option, then sighed and said OK! (???) If she thought we were making a bad decision she could have suggested something. (All in all, we got a very weird service). The translation of the men to English needs correction. The dark beer was great and the Fish and Chips just fantastic!

The dark beer was cold, fresh, aromatic and bittersweet with a hint of caramel.

The fish was soft, sweet and juicy. The fillets were lightly covered in a golden brown layer of crispy batter. Each bite was a homerun with a squeeze of lemon juice then dipped in the creamy tartare sauce.

The side dish of lightly salted shoestring fries were perfectly fried - crunchy on the outside but soft and steaming hot on every bite. Least to say, it was very addictive on its own.

This pub menu has lots of starters and mains to accompany their wide offerings of beer.

Every dish that came out of the kitchen looked mouthwatering. The servings were generous.

I was there more times, and it was okay, but yday was terrible. First, they ignored me for around 20 minutes, after that I went to the bar to ask if they serve outside, the barman said yes and the girl serving said I guess I didn't see you even she served table next to me and I looked at her. In the meantime 2 more people joined us and we ordered 2 saussages with bread and fries, we got 2 saussages without bread and big portion of fries which we started eating and in a moment there was waitress which took fries without saying anything, some time after we got smaller portion also without explanation.
