We walked across the store/market and we thought it was just a supermarket. By entering at the left side (right across the McDonalds) we knew that this wasn't just "a supermarket". By entering the dinner/relaxing area we were a bit disappointed because all the seats were taken. We decided to take a tour through the supermarket with fresh vegetables, fish, meat and wines. After this we went back and there were some people leaving. We took our place on a nice bench. In the beginning we were a bit disoriented, we tried to order at the 'stalls' but we were totally ignored. We asked the waiter what the concept was and it became clear to us that we had to order at the bar (food and drinks). We got a huge ladle which had to be placed in a vase on the table were you sit. We were with a group of five so we ordered a bottle of white wine, shrimp salad, chicken sticks and a big sized margherita pizza. The wine was in a cooler and because of the sharing we got some little (cute!) plates with it. Little improvements for this place: *announce the concept (order at the bar, wait at the table) and *place a coat rack (we sat at a bench so we couldn't put our coats anywhere and felt several times off the bench, on the floor). Overall, we really enjoyed our time at the Wine Food Market, the food and wine were good. The pastry was very delicious and the ambiance is good. We really would recommened this place.

We know this place quite long time, many years. But every time we go here, it really depends on many factors of how you will spend the dinner. Meaning that if the waiter will be really friendly or just ignorant, if the chef will be in the mood and prepare the meal in an average way or in an excellent way… I guess the problem is within the management here, maybe lack of control or training. Recently we faced a very strange situation which made our visit really sad.. one weekend, on Sunday we came here for dinner. We got really great service and food was fantastic. Right on the next day, on Monday we came here again and ordered exactly the same food. The personal was different. I have shown the photo of the pasta I ordered a day before, explained all in details. And as a result I just got butter pasta without any seafood there. That was really big disappointment. Then they just added some grilled shrimps on my already cool butter pasta. Absolutely fail… also the service lady was totally lost. However the restaurant was not full. I really miss the time when there was a really great restaurant with the team. However, now you can not predict the experience if you go here. Can be fantastic or totally failure. Hopefully management will take into consideration my comment and take appropriate actions. Thank you.

Our recent visit unfortunately did not live up to its price point of 700kc per person. While we arrived with high expectations, the service fell short. Inattentive Staff: The wait staff lacked the attentiveness expected for such a high-end establishment. Simple requests, like checking dessert options or providing a new menu, required repeated inquiries. Limited Portions & Extra Charges: The portion sizes, particularly for vegetables, felt insufficient, and essential accompaniments like steak sauce incurred an additional cost. Average Food: While the food itself was decent, it lacked the level of refinement or innovation one would expect for this price range. For example, 189kč for 2 small Bruschettas which had a cold base. I'm aware that a wood baked Pizza is usually slightly charred on the edges but is this much normal? Unsatisfactory Hygiene: The overall condition of the restrooms, specifically the water all over the floor in the women's toilet as informed by our guest, limited size, detracted from the dining experience. This combination of factors unfortunately led to a disappointing experience for our entire party. We doubt we will be returning.

"LITTLE ITALY" IN PRAGUE - RESTAURANT, GROCERY AND CAFE 1) Food – literally everything is delicious, perfectly cooked, served and fresh. Grocery is an absolute paradise to be in, with hundreds of hundreds genuine Italian products. 2) Customer service – it would be even more authentic with noisy, Italian crew, but the whole place would probably collapse within days, with mixed orders, relaxed service, endless brakes or arguments with own customers etc. :) 3) Interior – what a place.. I have no words to describe how authentic it is. Once seated, you basically find yourself in some little Italian town market square atmosphere. This place, is more Italian than most, I have visited in... Italy ;) 4) Price – you have to be prepared for lighter wallet after the visit, comparing to other, also great Italians places, but not massively though, I would say 10-30% depending on the particular meal. However, their grocery receipt will honestly scare you to death. Alongside some groceries in Tokyo and London, this I actually would rank the 3rd most expensive, I have ever been to.

Great variety of see food. As for me the best choice would be to choose a fish from the market and ask to grill it. In average grilled dorada plus side dish would cost around 500 czk. The rest of the food from the menu is okeysh... so recommending grilled fish. Also amazing variety of desserts. I'm not the sweet lover but cannot skip desserts there. Tasty and extremly beautifully made 😍 The only huge minus of the place is staff..... They are okeysh in general, BUT it takes ages to get the menu or to make an order after.... or after food if you would be busy talking with your friends/date/family and wouldn't make an order for coffee or tea while they are cleaning the plate, you will wait another half an hour to order drinks. They are brining drinks fast, but to order them..... yeah.... Also there is a big market with big variety of wine, cheese, ham etc. etc. etc. So definitely recommend to try this place and yes, don't forget to make a reservation, the place is always busy. Enjoy!

I was impressed by the choice of great Italian food. It was fresh, tasty, and made out of quality ingredients. The restaurant is a cozy place with a lot of light. You can order meals at the food courts offering various Italian delicacies including pizza and pasta. This time we chose to buy some appetizers from the supermarket and they made a platter for us. It was the beat thing ever. Fresh mozzarella, prosciutto, various types of cheese. Once you sit down, you can order the drinks and enjoy. Update Still one of my favorite places in Prague for spending quality time with friends and enjoying really tasty food. When we got there somewhere in the middle of the day the supermarket was full, confirming me that their products are really high class. The bread and sweets booth are definitely tempting you to take some and of course you cannot resist. I highly recommend it but make sure to have a reservation for dinner time.
