Tomo restaurant — Restaurant in Prague

I was just at Tomo a few minutes ago. It is Saturday, 18 January 2020. Firstly, when I entered the place, the two unsmiling waitresses didn't even greet me. I tried to say "dobry den," but both women just walked away. They didn't even ask if I'd like to be seated or get a takeaway. I wanted to get a takeaway, and when I gave my order, the older of the 2 waitresses almost tried to avoid taking it. When I asked for a side of rice, the waitress asked rudely, "What??" She didn't speak one word to me, just threw the receipt at me, she didn't say thank you, please take a seat, nothing! When my food was ready, the older waitress brought it, dropped it on the table, and walked away, again, without a word. Tomo used to have very pleasant staff working there. There used to be a very welcoming atmosphere. But the last 2 times I have been there, the staff has been rude, unwelcoming, and slow. I have loved going to this restaurant since 2017. Their beef bibimbap is my favorite in Prague, and they serve the best banchan, korean side dishes, compared to all the other Korean restaurants here as well. My husband loves all their Korean soup, spucy seafood, soondubu, and many more. The soups are spicy and full of flavor. Better than most I have had all over the USA and even parts of Korea. I enjoyed the place and the atmosphere very much, as well as staff and dinner itself. We ordered kind of an ordinary thing like sushi maki, bottle of water and some wine. Everything was good but I have to say that I've already had better sushi for better prices.
