TLDR; It is a cheap hotel with good service and okay rooms, excellent location. I would personally look for a different hotel in the same area next time. Best things first! The best things about this hotel do not really have much to do with the hotel itself. It is situated in a part of Prague I really like myself, with lots of excellent restaurants and pubs around and is very close to public transportation and about a 20 minute walk to the train station if you want to get directly to it. On literally the other side of the street from the hotel, there is a grocery store that is open every day from 7 - 21. For the hotel itself, our reception was very nice. We had a very friendly and lovely receptionist, she was also found me a bottle opener one of the nights and there was never any problems with anything. We opted to not have breakfast at the hotel, since it was served between 8 - 10 am if I remember correctly, which was too small a window for us. We checked in after 2 pm, no problem. We were told the check out time was 10 am, so that there would be time to clean the room. The room is very small, and I sincerely doubt that it takes four hours to clean it. I have to say that checking out at 10 am was quite early and a bit inconvenient. For the room itself, like I said our room was quite small and also lacked a few things. To start with, there were no sockets by the bedside, which is not life or death, but again, an inconvenience. There was a TV, but a very small one. The bed wasn't soft, it was pretty hard, but surprisingly good. There was no stopper for the bathtub, so that could not be used for a bath. Furthermore, if you are a tall person you would struggle to take a shower due to the hose not being very long. It was just barely possible for me to hold it above my head and I am 174 cm. Lastly but not least, I also spotted a silverfish in the bathroom. Just the one, nothing crazy, but still. Oh, there was also just one trash can in the room, in the bathroom, which made throwing trash away a little inconvenient too, and surely for the cleaners as well?

Standard cheap hotel. Close to the centre (about 20 min walk or a cheap uber). Breakfast is lacking, they have bread, cold meat, cereal, yoghurt juice, boiled eggs and coffee. But maybe thats just the standard breakfast there and I'm used to full English. The boiled eggs had a black yolk! Not sure if its a prague thing lol :/ Rooms are fine, comfy bed and everything you need but nothing special. Would stay here again. We had a mystery deal with wowcher and they made us pay for breakfast but its free so dont get mugged off by them! Overall, ok stay with friendly staff and would recommend for a cheap getaway :)

I’ve stayed in hotel Claris for three nights in beautiful Barcelona, with service option BB, with my friend. ||The hotel location is good, in city center, but room for two person was smaller than usual. The bathroom amenities were poor - for istance two shower gel bottles were so small that it coudn’t be used for shower niether one person, and we got two in total, so we need to purcase additional shower gel. The bed was pretty comfortable, though. The breakfast was ok, but with same offer during whole stay (not big choise for fruit and pastry), not really typical for five star hotel.||The hotel staff is pleasent but willing to assist only during your stay - if you have any problem - don’t count! For instance - I have forgotten my shirt ( not an ordinary one) but while we exiting the room to do check out, cleaning lady was finishing the room next to ours, and entered our - as soon as we got out.||I’ve realised that I’ve forgotten my shirt as soon as I got back home ( the same day) and urgently contacted the hotel .The response I got that day and next ten days was they din’t find nothing. They didn’t want to provide any assistance and didn’t want to consider the option of compensation in any way.||So, if you decide to visit this definitely NOT five star hotel, take care about your belongings, if you don’t want to miss them in future.||I certainly won’t visit...
