I've encountered several issues during my stay at the hotel. Firstly, the exchange rate for card payments is significantly unfavorable compared to other options in town. Additionally, when attempting to check out earlier, I called the provided number but was repeatedly directed to send an email, despite our time constraints. This made the phone service feel pointless. Despite the high cost of over 700 euros for three nights, which I understand could/may be due to high demand during the holiday season, the level of service did not match the price. Even though the receptionist arrived before 8 am, she waited until the exact time to assist with check-out, which felt inefficient. Furthermore, the hair dryer provided had a short usage time and required cooldown periods, which was inconvenient. The only redeeming aspect was the hotel's convenient location near laundry facilities, the metro station, and...
Read moreThe hotel staff was kind and helped me with any questions I had.| The hotel is clean and tidy but not at a very high standard, for me it was enough.| The location of the hotel is excellent - next to a metro station and a station of several tram lines but the truth is that the main square and the city center are a 15 minute walk so I didn't always use public transport, on the other hand the hotel was not in a very central and noisy place.|The hotel had the option of a simple breakfast for some extra cost, but I preferred to eat in local cafes.|Unfortunately the air conditioner did not work and it was a hot day. Read moreTo begin, we arrive at around 11pm (late flight) and we cannot get into the hotel, doors are locked and nobody at reception. We proceed to ring the number on the door, they tell us I don’t have a booking under my name? Then thankfully, someone staying at the hotel arrives and lets us in with their room key. We find our room key sat at reception desk with my partners name on it (I booked it?). So this key could have been taken by anybody as it was or on display. Then when we get into the hotel, I notice what I can tell as BLOOD on the wall behind my bedside table. And marks all over the room. To top it off the shower is absolutely awful. It doesn’t stay up so you have to hold the head for your whole shower. There was also a clump of hair on the shower head when we arrive! So absolutely terrible. There is also no air conditioning and the reception staff were...
