I had booked for four nights, but only stayed two days as I could no longer stay in that hotel. It is rated as 3 star, but my room was very basic (no TV, no aur conditioned), with a sink so small that when I washed my face, water spilled onto the shelf and onto thr floor. The second morning I had to take a shower with cold water; when I went to notify the reception the receptionist checked and told me “it’s not really cold, it’s lukewarm”. But the main problem is that the room overlooked a countryard with greenery and even with the end of three locks insects such as spiders, ladybugs and others could enter. The second morning I woke up with red bumps; now I’m treated with antihistamines and cortisone-based and antibiotic ointment. I just add that on the second day they didn't change my bedsheets stained with the blood of insects I had killed.

I think it is one of this comment that I really write something not good. This is first of all a budget hotel. But even other chain budget hotels have a standard. First, there is no one at the reception after 08.00 pm. The room was at the top floor and guess what there is no A/C in the room nor in any part of the hotel. It is unacceptable. I was sweating all night due to hot Prague summer. The bathroom was ok but the shower must be refurbished because you cannot adjust it and you must hold the handle all the time. There is no water not even welcome one. After elevator I have to climb (short ) stairs with 20 kg luggage. For me, one night is ok. The rest is a mistake.

We stayed an EA HOTEL TOSCA for 3 nights in October 2025. Our room had a bad smell comking from the bathroom and got flooded the next day after our first stay. Thankfully we had our stuff over a chair and a table so besides our shoes nothing else got wasted. We changed room and we got a bigger one with 3 beds instead of 2 which we had. But! The 2 out of 3 beds had their slats broken so no comfortable sleep for one of us. After our complaiment the answer we got was, thank you for letting us know to fix this. No apologies no refund. These was the worse stay i had in a hotel and i dont recommend it to anyone.

I've encountered several issues during my stay at the hotel. Firstly, the exchange rate for card payments is significantly unfavorable compared to other options in town. Additionally, when attempting to check out earlier, I called the provided number but was repeatedly directed to send an email, despite our time constraints. This made the phone service feel pointless. Despite the high cost of over 700 euros for three nights, which I understand could/may be due to high demand during the holiday season, the level of service did not match the price. Even though the receptionist arrived before 8 am, she waited until the exact time to assist with check-out, which felt inefficient. Furthermore, the hair dryer provided had a short usage time and required cooldown periods, which was inconvenient. The only redeeming aspect was the hotel's convenient location near laundry facilities, the metro station, and...

The hotel staff was kind and helped me with any questions I had.| The hotel is clean and tidy but not at a very high standard, for me it was enough.| The location of the hotel is excellent - next to a metro station and a station of several tram lines but the truth is that the main square and the city center are a 15 minute walk so I didn't always use public transport, on the other hand the hotel was not in a very central and noisy place.|The hotel had the option of a simple breakfast for some extra cost, but I preferred to eat in local cafes.|Unfortunately the air conditioner did not work and it was a hot day. I didn't talk about it with the hotel staff because I wasn't in the hotel most of the day and it wasn't the peak of the heat.|It is important to note that in order to get to the elevator and from the elevator to the room there are stairs that may be difficult for...

To begin, we arrive at around 11pm (late flight) and we cannot get into the hotel, doors are locked and nobody at reception. We proceed to ring the number on the door, they tell us I don’t have a booking under my name? Then thankfully, someone staying at the hotel arrives and lets us in with their room key. We find our room key sat at reception desk with my partners name on it (I booked it?). So this key could have been taken by anybody as it was or on display. Then when we get into the hotel, I notice what I can tell as BLOOD on the wall behind my bedside table. And marks all over the room. To top it off the shower is absolutely awful. It doesn’t stay up so you have to hold the head for your whole shower. There was also a clump of hair on the shower head when we arrive! So absolutely terrible. There is also no air conditioning and the reception staff were...
