I have to update my review after my last experience. I stopped going for a while because of how obnoxious the weighing was so I wanted to see if they were still doing it…they are. It’s still excellent quality, but the excessive measuring and weighing is just ridiculous. This time they measured my cup and then REMOVED a tiny amount from it and put it back into the tub of gelato. Absolutely absurd. I removed stars because of this. It’s a very off putting experience, even if the gelato itself is very good. I probably won’t go back.

First review: The gelato itself is fantastic. It’s probably my favorite place in Prague based on the taste and the available flavors alone. The service is fine. They’re generally friendly, but there is the occasional attitude. The problem for me is the lack of consistency in their portions. If I go there with someone we can both leave with fairly significant differences in the amount of gelato received. Sometimes they even weigh it before giving it to you which just seems so cheap to me. I’d never seen that prior to this place and I’ve never seen it anywhere else.
