I was rather disappointed by the food at this friendly little eaterie in one of the trendy side streets by Peblinge Sø. It was simply not as good as the vibe suggested it would be. The steak tartare was okay, not brilliant, the fried baby squid ditto. Both starters seemed a bit timid to me. The main courses, however, were a let-down. The fish of the day, hake, was overcooked. We meant to go somewhere else and landed here. Outside was full so we had to stay inside, where it was beautiful, but quite warm. We got a small tasting to start. Then we shared garlic soup, sea bass with caponata and chicken tikka masala with rice. The food was good, perhaps the chicken was the best for us. I went in alone on a Friday evening around 17:30. I would not know the quality of the food, because I left after I was told that the only seat available indoor was the one next to the entrance. No outdoor seats were available. Mind you, I agreed that I would finish the meal before 19:00 and there was only one table occupied in the back of the room from my viewpoint at the cashier.
