Bo-Bi Bar — Restaurant in Copenhagen Municipality

I really enjoyed this bar. Having just landed in Copenhagen, found this bar and spent a good few hours enjoying it's unique atmosphere. The service was pleasant, reminded me of the Netherlands in some ways. I had come to winddown the day and read a book with a glass of scotch. The dark, smokey atmosphere really added a nice poetic vignette to my time here. Smoking is allowed , but as a non-smoker, I did not find it overwhelming or intrusive. In fact, it adds to the charm of this place. It is possible to talk to locals and visitors alike if you're here alone, and I had met a cool group of internationals who filled my notebook with a lot of suggestions for my short visit to the city. Really chill bar, good service and nice vibey music. Take note that you can smoke inside so for non smokers, it’s probably not ideal to be around but I gotta say that as a non-smoker hanging out with my chimney smoking friend, it was not that bad compared to other smoking bars. The ventilation was much better, but of course you can’t run away from the smell of cigarettes. Drinks are nicely priced; just had a couple of beers for the road before heading to the train station back to Sweden....

The most annoying service you could imagine - which adds to the experience! “Can I have six cups of coffee?” I asked. “We’re not a coffee bar and all our coffee cups are in use”. You get the point.
