This very upscale, 5-story shopping mall has a little something for everyone. As you walk in you are immediately greeted by high-end, luxury brands like Chanel, Armani, Won Hundred and many more. This department store is not your grandmothers department store but boasts everything from fashion to beauty to home design. It is very centrally located and situated perfectly in the heart of Copenhagen right where Strøget and Købmagergade meet. You can’t argue with the views from Christiansborg Palace, Strøget and Amagertorv right below. The light and airy feel of this department store is due to natural light from windows all over making your shopping experience delightful. A must visit is to the Rooftop restaurant. I have fond memories of having lunch with my grandmother on our shopping trips, and the restaurant has the most incredible views. First of all, I am a regular shopper at this store. However, I would like to say that most of the sales associates on the skin care and fragrance section are not dedicated and attentive enough, for such a high end store. For instance: Today my friend and I had a very unusual encounter with a sales associate at the Maison Francis Kurkdjian stand. We were seriously considering to buy a rather new, different perfume brand and wanted to see what this brand had to offer. This brand was not for my taste, and when I smelt one of the perfumes, I made a face that showed my distaste (did not even utter a word). And the sales associate had the audacity to tell me that "I could not make such a face and call it disgusting". A sales associate should be well-trained to not act with such disrespect towards a client.
