Food was amazing but staff terrible. We tried to Order a lunch menu for 65,- at 16,42, was told lunch offer was over, told cashier that the lunch offer was until 17 (according to both website and the sign right in front of him). After arguing for another 10 minutes, he asked a colleague who confirmed that lunch was indeed until 17, he just did not know how to put it in the system. After payment, we asked for the receipt, which he first said he throw in the trash, then he said that we would get it when the food was ready. When we got the food, the receipt was not there. When asked for this, they gave us an incorrect receipt. Please train your staff. It’s amazing how lazy and indifferent they behaved, did not care about anything and did not want to help. Loved this place. The Burger was very good👌🏽 I paid extra for an extra patty. The burger bun was gluten free and was actually the nicest one I’ve ever had - it was so good that I had to doublecheck to make sure it was gluten-free (which it was). Apparently, they make their own. I’m not coeliac but they seemed to be quite gluten-free conscious. The chips were amazing! Fresh hot and crispy.

The only thing that could’ve been better was the way the burger patty was cooked, it wasn’t overdone as such but they said it would be cooked medium so I expected more pink in the middle but it was medium well which was a bit of a shame.

Poor service!! We were in a hurry so asked the staff how long it’d take for the two specific burgers to be ready before ordering. The staff said they have a catering order but if we order right away (which we did) it’d take 5-10 min. Unlike what the staff said about prioritising our order, we ended up waiting for 20 min for our order to finally be ready together with the catering order. The staff who took our order did not offer any apology for the wait when giving us our food. Overall very bad experience due to the poor service, regardless of the wait we did not feel welcomed by the staff, the attitude was cold and unhelpful, to the point that made us not want to visit again.
