Honest Review: Great Staff, But Serious Hygiene Issue

I've visited this place multiple times and really appreciate the friendly and welcoming staff. Their warm attitude is a highlight and makes the experience enjoyable.

However, I have to address a serious issue that has consistently affected my visits: the restroom hygiene. I completely understand that this establishment relies heavily on volunteers, and I admire the effort put into running it. That being said, cleanliness—especially in restrooms—is a basic necessity for any public space.

Each time I’ve visited, the restrooms have had an overwhelming odor that carries into other parts of the venue, making it difficult to fully enjoy the atmosphere. I’ve spoken with others who have noticed the same issue, and some have even mentioned that this has been a long-standing problem.

I truly believe that addressing this would make a huge difference, not just for customers but for staff as well. A clean and well-maintained space benefits everyone. I hope that improvements can be made, as I would love to give a higher rating in the future.

Poor service, poor music, young and inexperienced waiters who try to steal from orders by increasing the prices on drinks (especially when they see you a little tipsy, but also not). Frequented by students who are anything but students, some steal, others are completely idiots snobbish and a bit racist. A place that needs to close, or change management. Perhaps the worst in the whole city. Absolutely not recommended. It also happened to me that a pack of tobacco was stolen from my coffee table. ps I was a student in Rome and I frequented all the bars, clubs and pubs in Europe, especially in Italy and Berlin. Friendly space for meeting people, working and studying with good prices. I would give 5 stars, but one thing is dissapointing. While most of the staff says that they serve coffee (like cappuchino, or latte), or toasts whole day and night, some other few staff members told me they don't do it after 19 (and I heard them whispering they don't wanna do it because they already cleaned the coffee machine and toaster), which results always in stressful situation for me where it is a lottery if i will get today a coffee or...
