La Posata — Restaurant in Copenhagen Municipality

(EDIT after reading the restaurant's response): The restaurant's response is completely unacceptable and makes things even worse. Acknowledging the issue but making an excuse out of it and continuing to serve subpar food anyway is absolutely inexcusable and should not be taken lightly, especially for a restaurant that claims to make the best Focaccia.

I would also like to insist that not only was the meat horrendous, but also the far from fresh dry bread which to your surprise has nothing to do with the meat, the fries which were rock hard, and the tiramisu which was swimming in liquid—neither of which is related to the meat (and no the tiramisu is not supposed to be swimming in liquid). Such negligence and ignorance are unacceptable, and after the restaurant's response I certainly double down on my original reply. To be avoided at all cost.

(ORIGINAL) The restaurant claims that their specialty is Focaccia but it was hands down and by far the worst Focaccia we have ever had. Bread was dry and far from fresh, bacon was inedible and tasted like rubber, and the fries, oh my, chewing metal would have been easier. La Posata is an exquisite place ! You'll eat excellent food in a charming place, run by the nicest people on Earth ! As a Vegetarian, i was pleased to be able to choose among many options. The first day I came, I had a "Focca-snack" which is a perfect format for quick lunch. I had the "Summer Vibe" one and it was fresh, full of delicious vegetables and mozzarella ! It was like eating Sun on a rainy day. The second time, I had the 5P pasta, which delight relies on a simple recipe (based on the chef's grandmother's one) but excellent ingredients. I also saw gluten free and vegan options on the and they serve many dishes in several sizes... so you're sure to find what you like ! ☺️

La Posata is such a nice spot in the heart of Copenhagen! From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted with true Italian warmth — the owner is so cheerful and welcoming that you instantly feel at home, like you’ve been transported to a little piazza in Italy.

The focaccia sandwiches are outstanding — light, airy bread with fresh ingredients that burst with flavor. We especially loved the Caprese salad with its rich balsamic drizzle and the crispy polenta fries, a perfect side to share. Everything feels homemade and crafted with love.
