Famo Metro — Restaurant in Copenhagen Municipality

I really wanted to like the place, but it unfortunately didn’t live up to my expectations. Firstly, I made a reservation for my husbands birthday and requested for a table with a nice view. They sat us downstairs in the wine cellar, which we didn’t particularly mind, but you wouldn’t expect that after making a request specifically. Usually most restaurants also have a little flag and some decor for a birthday reservation, but they didn’t have that either. The antipasti was good, but the rest of the menu was quite unexpectedly bad. The ravioli especially tasted just as you would expect one of the store bought ones to taste. Overall, the food was just about decent but definitely not worth the steep prices. We ended up spending close to 2000kr (with the wine menu and everything) but didn’t feel great at the end of the...

Slightly underwhelming, leaning towards disappointing. Good waiters, but the service was too fast, almost stressful. The first dish arrived less than a minute after we placed our orders, which gave us the sense that they just wanted to get rid of us. The food was OK with the antipasti stealing the show. The risotto was borderline boring — despite the black truffle on top (almost an accomplishment). The desert is not even worth mentioning. The wine was amazing, the gin and tonic watery and tasteless. Both food and drinks were overpriced.

If you want really great Italian food, I recommend Enomania or Ca’ Cucina instead. Better food, better service, better prices — and just as good wine.

The best meal l've had in Denmark in the four months l've lived here. A set menu with two options, either a three or five course meal. I opted for the three course which included all the antipasti items, one main meal, and a dessert(my menu included 6/16/25). I was a fan of the majority of the antipasti servings, however, I'm not a huge beef tartare fan. I gave it a try and it was good for what it's suppose to be, but again, not my vibe on a normal occasion. Cannot wait to eat here again! This is truly the most flavorful food, l've had while in Denmark and i highly recommend when visiting or a cute date night or friends...
