The coffee is good and all the baked goods delicious. My son loved their hot chocolate. The staff however can be shockingly rude - not all were thankfully. One young miss in particular rolled her eyes and behaved like an unbecoming adolescent over something quite minor. Another - again young - male was effortful in his frosty attitude towards us.
