Hart — Restaurant in Copenhagen Municipality

We went there after lunch so there was only a small selection of pastries left. We tried the pain au chocolat and chocolate chip bun. The croissant was flaky and buttery and tasted better than the standard ones you can find. The chocolate chip bun was soft and pillowy, but the bun itself did not have too much flavor. We also wish that they added more chocolate chip chunks.

Workers are friendly and indoor is cozy but there is no indoor seating. They only have a few tables and chairs outside, but we weren’t able to use them...

What a lovely bakery! Cardamom croissant… wow, just wow, the best croissant I’ve ever tried in my life!!! Must try😍 Fastelavnsbolle with burnt honey & citrus is totally worth trying, such a unique flavor I haven’t tasted yet :) I am not a fan of lemon flavors usually, but here it’s not overpowering and more defined burnt honey flavor. Blackcurrant one is good too, very milky taste, but not my favorite blackcurrant one in Copenhagen. No seating inside, only outside...

Hart is the best bakery in town. This isn't the best location, but my local. Disappointing there is no indoor seating but the place is tiny. Cardamom Croissant are the staple, less so the seasonal pastries, they look better than they taste. All coffee is great and the ask what bean you would like. Also vouch for the matcha. More locals, less tourists at this location so...
