I really wanted to give this more stars. I honestly love the whole setup of this place. Almost everything is perfect from the atmosphere, to the cute circus theme, to the extremely fun and friendly staff, to the extremely introvert friendly concept... I almost couldn't find a single fault.
Unfortunately they fail on the most important part: the food. Unfortunately in any restaurant, its ultimately the food that will decide how good the place is. The pricing is extremely expensive in proportion to the quality of the food. Not to mention the amount of food you get which is very little for the price. Basically the pricing wouldn't be such a problem if not for the fact that the food quality is equal to that of frozen items you can buy at the supermarket. I expected more. Much more. Everything was bland, the chilli cheese tops were literally the ones you get from your local pizzaria that you can also buy in Netto or whatever.
The quesadilla only contained cheese and had very very little quacamole that, again, lacked flavor and was probably store bought.
The risotto wasn't very creamy and was also bland.
The burger has very little character(it was just a tiny bun with meat in it and a layer of cheese).
The garlic bread lacked enough garlic or butter or anything to taste like anything but slightly buttered toast.
The bacon wrapped dates were awesome though.
The desert was delicious too, but I wish it didn't cost 37 kr for two bites of ice cream and brownie.
Either the price has to go down to match the quality, or the food needs a serious makeover... Something to come back for. I want the food to be something that doesn't taste like things I make at home when I'm too lazy to cook.
I paid i think 230 kr for 6 tiny, bland meals, a drink(drink was yummy) and a desert.
It was just enough to be filling, but again other places make food that's a lot more delicious, more filling, for less money.
Please, I really want to love this place :( and it cuts my heart that I have to give it such a negative review. Please consider...
Read moreSo we are from India and visited to pinchos at Copenhagen axletorv . Food , the ambiance was awesome . We didnât have Denmark number so we couldnât login to their app so person at the cash counter helped us to place an order but at the time of payment our forex card didnât work . We had 3 cards and none of them worked . I informed the person that your card machine has some problem as we have been paying through our cards since last 10 days during our stay in Sweden and Denmark . He said he canât help. We offered him euro in cash , he didnât accept . We pleaded him to help us but he was not at all ready to help us . Apparently I came to know cashier is from Sweden so again I requested him to pay through his card and then I can pay him from my friends account who is in Sweden ( like swish , Indiaâs gpay or phone pay) but he denied again . He said I donât want to do that also . So here we were I. The fix . We went to a supermarket and bought some chocolates of euro currency and got Denmark kronor back and paid the restaurant bill .
One helll of an experience I felt if you are into the service industry you canât treat your customer in this way the cashier didnât help us with ATM machine location , didnât guide us at all. I just want to bring it to the restaurantâs attention that this was not at all a right way to treat the tourists Otherwise food lovers Pinchos is a great choice if you want...
Read moreVery nice and interesting concept based on small tapas dishes, went as a family and everyone enjoyed it, young as well old. Prices were reasonable as well and the food was tasty and presentable. Ok choices of dishes, could have wished for a bit more variation on the healthy side. Speed of service is acceptable, food served at table, but drinks you got to collect, why? Make no point except from a money saving point of view, which is not passed only guests, prices were reasonable but not a steal. Friendliness of staff was fine and they were helpful. The concept is app based, and kind of self service, which is the only draw back from our point of view, it may be acceptable cool for the youngest generation, however for anyone else itâs experienced as a cafeteria style serving on a ferry. How much effort would it take to ask the guest if they would like to order themselves or via a server equipped with an iPad to assist the guests. Obviously the feedback will be âwe are an app based restaurant Blablaâ but it wonât fly with us. Interiors were great, for Scandinavian standards, set as a circus đȘ and it worked well. Looks like they learned from places like Dubai, Vegas, Shanghai, that the restaurant experience is to be a 3D and interesting interiors are essential to achieve that, nice touch.
All in all a good dining experience for the...
