I recently had a great experience with the online customer service of Stick's N Sushi. The process of ordering and paying online was very easy and seamless, and it was also very convenient. When I had a question about my order, I contacted the restaurant through their listed phone number on the website, and Roberto, one of the employees, assisted me promptly and efficiently. He was friendly, kind and professional, and he made sure that all of my concerns were addressed. Roberto also provided me with all the necessary information I needed and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. This is exactly what I as a customer love about this place, the food and staff/customer service is always exceptional.

We've had a great experience, delicious food and very nice drinks. The staff was respectul, friendly and explained the menu options, then gave us great recommendations. We had the 'perfect day' menu which was great with 4 starters and plenty of sushi for 2 people. The food was amazing. We tried the recommend cocktails which were also delicious. The 'yuzu zoo' and a cocktail with sochu, both very nice. We were downstairs in the lounge area as the main area was full, but we didn't mind at all actually we preferred it like that as upstairs was kind of loud, while in the lounge area there was a more privare and chilled atmosphere with a fireplace and nice decor.
