Really beautiful and atmospheric restaurant, with incredible food. The restaurant is located on a beautiful off street, and has great design and a nice ambience. The food was incredible, small French dishes made perfectly. However, the service did not live up to the quality of the food and atmosphere. The waitress was rude and had an attitude, which unfortunately somewhat ruined the experience. The waitress was not helpful, and acted snooty with what we had ordered. We were told that food orders can only be made once, and not be motified, which seems absurd (this I have never encountered before), such a shame as we ordered to split the dishes between us and see if we we had space to try more of the menu. Really friendly waiter, they only had Danish menu's and he was kind enough to translate the whole menu for us. The food on the other hand is a Danish chef trying to make French food. My girlfriend (who is french) had the Foie gras and the snacking board. Foie gras was inedible, extremely salty and the snacking board she ate charcuterie, the bread was rock hard and no butter. Also the bread they gave on the table was also too salty. If you had a French chef they would never serve bad bread. Me on the other hand I had the 190kr steak onglet which was super tough I couldn't even cut through it with the knife I was given. It would have been 1 star if we didn't have the nice waiter. This was by far my worst meal in Copenhagen ( actually all the others during my 8 days stay were delicious). The scallops as an appetizer were very good , however the main dish was a total disaster ( “vol au vent “ with veal ) , the sauce was so salty that it completely ruined the whole dish and the vol au vent was soaked and salty too , with chunks of big pieces of half cooked onions on the top . My colleague had the cod and again the sauce was salty, tasting plastic. I have let the waitress know, no excuses , no nothing . I wish the cook would have to eat what he served!
