1 of my favorite restaurants in Denmark. They have many locations in big cities in Denmark. The concept of this restaurant is a good-priced course meal with unlimited refilled wine which means the price includes everything!! (Plus no time limit so you can keep refilling and drinking until they are closed lol) There are a lot of selections for wine and other kinds of drink as well I enjoyed every dishes, especially the main course which was a very tender and well-seasoned beef dish In case of dietary restriction, you can email them to make a request. Absolutely amazing restaurant experience! Social dining provides different approach to restaurant scene in Denmark. All the customers arrive at the same time and are served the same dishes based on local seasonal products. Bar is unlimited and free to take what you want from soft drinks, wines, beer and coffee-tea. You are served 4 course menu and will be very full in the end as all the portions are big enough. I visited ”Det Glade Vanvid” in Odense on 04/12/2023 together with my wife and a couple of good friends. We all enjoyed the visit and personally I was really happy with the quality of the food and the service. I love the concept, where for a very affordable price you get a taste of gourmet food and the wine ad libitum is also a bonus.
