El Árabe — Restaurant in Mariscal Sucre

I ordered food online via Uber Eats, and the service was absolutely disgraceful. Not only did they completely fail to take responsibility for the order, but when I called the owner directly to ask for an explanation, I was met with a rude, arrogant, and cowardly response. Instead of offering any kind of solution, he insulted me and treated me with contempt. To make things worse, he made a xenophobic comment, saying that “Ecuadorians always steal food.” What kind of business says something like that?

They charged me nearly $30 only to treat me like garbage. And now they have the audacity to reply to negative reviews with fancy speeches about “care and commitment,” when in reality they show no respect, no professionalism, and no shame. They clearly have no idea what customer service means.

I can’t even imagine how they treat other customers who don’t have the means or courage to speak up. What they do is abuse, lie, and wash their hands of any responsibility.

A complete disappointment. I will never order from them again, and I hope more people see this and think twice before trusting them with...

One of the worst service. Should not be considered a restaurant. We were attended by 4 difrent servers due to a change of shift. None of then were kind enough to ask if we need somthing or interact to see how was the food or experience. All of the just chill by the entrance bar / kitchen area. I had to move the empty plate to a difrent table due to the lack of attention . I repeat the process twice and nothing change .. no one came to attent the table . Shame no people skills and workers with no training or effort.. I wold not go back to this place and I definitely don't...

Went here on a Saturday night. Not very busy. My wife had a kebab which was excellent and I had a steak with special sauce, which wasn't special I any way. Food was generally ok, but we've had a lot better almost everywhere else.
