Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Al Hadaba

Outraged😡 I could hardly find a latte with salted caramel. I asked for a medium glass. Staff gave me a large one and charged me 60 pound, but there was no caramel inside. Don't fool people. And this is a famous chain, where's the service? People who drink lattes with salted caramel know that taste of coffee. The chicken sandwich was 25 pound (price was on etiquette). The cashier charged over 130 pound for the coffee and sandwich. What kind of nonsense is that? When I asked to see the prices he could not answer.

Finally refused to buy, said it was expensive. A small Sandwich and a medium glass can not...

Amazing place. You can sit outdoors (smoking & non-smoking) to enjoy the sunlight in the morning till afternoon. And you can sit indoors (non-smoking only) to enjoy the warmth of the place and the amazing smell of coffee beans infiltrating through your inhalation to feel the inner peace and relaxation. Staff are really nice and friendly there serving a great variety of coffee, cakes and even sandwiches. Highly recommended to pay a visit while in Hurghada specially in the morning time. I am a big fan of Costa Coffee shops. But unfortunately, compared to other branches all around Egypt, this one is below average and the prices are more than 15% higher than the normal prices.

Always crowded and noisy. The staff are always busy and not welcoming nor friendly at all. The food quality is not as expected. I love their Cotton mocha and cheese cake blueberry. But the one I had here was the worst btw all the other branches.
