"I recently visited a coffee shop in Hurghada and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. Firstly, I must commend the impeccable cleanliness of the establishment. From the moment I stepped in, it was evident that hygiene is a top priority for them. The spotless tables, gleaming counters, and tidy restroom reflected their commitment to maintaining a clean environment.

Moreover, what truly stood out was the customer service-driven approach of the staff. From the warm greeting at the entrance to the attentive service throughout my visit, I felt genuinely valued as a customer. The staff members were friendly, courteous, and eager to accommodate any requests I had. Their genuine interest in ensuring a pleasant experience for every patron was truly commendable.

In addition to the outstanding cleanliness and customer service, the coffee was exceptional, and the ambiance was inviting, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Overall, my experience at this coffee shop was nothing short of excellent, and I would highly recommend it to anyone...

Worst breakfast experience ever. We ordered breakfast and what they brought out was completely BURNT (see attached photos). Of course, we sent it back immediately and politely ordered something else.

And here comes the unbelievable part: they still charged us for the burnt food we never touched. Forcing a customer to pay for something served in such disgraceful condition is beyond outrageous.

This café has no respect for its customers, no standards in its kitchen, and clearly no idea of what hospitality means. With so many far better places to have breakfast in Hurghada, there is absolutely no reason to waste your time, money, and nerves here.

We stayed 4 days in Hurghada and came to this place three times. I’d come every morning for breakfast if possible. Their breakfast platters are just amazing, they have both savory and sweet breakfast. Also you can have variety of coffee here. I ordered once ice matcha latte, matcha was not whisked well as they didn’t have proper tool/bamboo brush to whisk the matcha but it is fine maybe I have a very fine taste with matcha. Overall this place is just great. People working here are very friendly. They also care street animals that was...
